We liked the ambiance of the hotel including room and also helpful staff. We went for Umrah purpose and the shuttle service was also frequent to have the opportunity to visit Haram when required.

Really luxury. And super clean
I am very disappointed with your customer service. The staff gave me Room 522, which is very far from the lift, even though my mother is elderly and cannot walk properly.
There were empty rooms available, so I don’t understand why he gave us a room so far away. He should have considered my mother’s condition and given us a room closer to the lift.
Honestly, I felt very bad about this experience. I expected better service and more care from your staff, especially when travelling with an elderly mother.
I hope management will look into this matter and make sure this does not happen to other guests.
