Unit was clean and a nice size for a family of four. The Sundestin property was well maintained and had all the necessary amenities. Overall satisfied with our experience.

The host was quick to reply to our check in concerns and the location was easy to find. Parking was available and the room we think is great! Balcony view is A and since we were on the second level it was a quick trip via elevator or stairs. It truly felt like a home away from home and our host checked in on us via text during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you again Julie!!

Owner/ manager was very kind.
Although a 1 bedroom, this condo
Was adequate in size for who we took, but there was absolutley nowhere to put clothes and nowhere to even open up a suit case or even store it. The hardest part of being there as long as we were was trying to figure out where and how to get to clothes.
On top of that, plan on paying to have to rent umbrellas and chairs all week!
You are not allowed to set up your own umbrella and chairs on the beach.
No umbrellas period! Must be a canopy tent of some kind. And can only sit in back row. 4 rows back from water so you can't even see the ocean!
The unbrella rental company gets all the beach for themselves.
Also, can't rent movies from movie rental machines in lobby. You have to have rented condo directly from the front desk. Not thru here to get that priveledge.
Some building siding fell off the buildung from the 6th floor and smashed a car in the parking lot. So a lot of the parking was roped off all week.
Traffic also really bad in this area so very hard to exit lot almost any time of day or night.
