Нас не заселили в объект размещения после трех подтверждений в разных вариациях со стороны платформы Booking.com. Несколько часов владелец апартаментов не отвечал, а потом ответил, что «своего личного подтверждения не давал и платформа не имеет прав на его квартиру». В замен предложил вариант, в 2 раза дороже и когда мы планировали уже согласиться, так как остались без жилья в день заезда - пропал и перестал выходить на связь. Уровень общения и клиентоориентированности 1/100, поддержка платформы Booking -100/100.

Очень удобное расположение, 10 минут от центра пешком. Новостройка, тихий район, рядом имеются аптеки и продуктовые магазины. Хороший интернет. Нам повезло с балконом и видом.
Первое, с чем вы столкнетесь при входе в апартаменты – тончайшие двери, будто ваше жилье это продолжение летничной площадки. Затем ваш взгляд упадет на незакрывающиеся или наоборот, не открывающиеся двери шкафа в коридоре.
В основной комнате не удивляйтесь разбитым и ободранным стенам, будто еще недавно здесь была бойня. При указании "два спальных места" не рассчитывайте, что их реально будет два. Помимо того, что второе, как бы спальное место, это довольно маленький и низкий диван, прикрывающий ободранную стену, постельное белье для него ожидать придется не меньше двух дней. Постельное белье очень синтетическое и сильно пахнет стиральным средством. У людей с чувствительной кожей или предраположенностью к аллергиям может запросто вызвать кожное раздражение.
Вешалок для одежды будет тоже не хватать.
На кухне никаких салфеток, пакетов для мусора или базовых специй: соль/перец/сахар. Фильтра для воды тоже нет, баклашки/бутылки с водой тоже нет. Информации о питьевой воды из под крана не было, да и далеко не все стали бы доверять этому все равно.
Полностью отсутствуют какие-либо мыльнорыльные и ванные принадлежности (шампуни/гели для душа/дополнительная туалетная бумага/салфетки/пакеты для мусора)
При оформлении букинга не было информации о депозите. Нас просто поставили перед фактом по прибытии.
Было необходимы два ключа , так же ждали несколько дней.
