Es war sehr schön
Wasser im Pool ist wirklich sehr schön. Es war nicht kalt. Nach der Sauna , kurz abduschen und dann in den Pool - herrlich. Sehr gute Frühstück. Sehr gutes Abendessen. Alles perfekt.

Es war sehr sauber, der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und das Essen sehr lecker.
Leider ist kein Fitnessbereich vorhanden. Im Badezimmer fehlen zudem Haken, um die Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Good bike (and ski room), accessible with room key.
Nice "wellness area" (pools, saunas etc), with separate parts for clothed and unclothed people. So if you like to swim naked you can. Or if you'd prefer to wear swimming clothes you can.
Very friendly staff, all spoke English.
Right in the centre of town.
Bar area separate from restaurant.
Restaurant was expensive and fixed price, €39, I think (too expensive for me). So no good if you only want a little. Though they know that and suggested local alternatives at checkin.

Location was great. Skiing facilities were convenient. Shop is also nearby. Castle facing view on the castle from the balcony was great.
No conditioner in the room was a big disappointment. No curtain to shower in a family room also a big disappointment. The biggest rip off was no beverages (even water) for the dinner, which was part of half-board. Still water 0,7L for 4.5EUR a piece was a small benefit to hotel, but massive disappointment in terms of attitude towards guests.
