At check-in, the front desk requires a $100 cash security hold and signed damage waiver.



The Space:

This bright, updated top-floor condo accommodates up to four adults with three beds across two separate sleeping areas.



The private bedroom features two comfortable Casper twin beds. A queen bed is located in the main living area, which also includes the kitchen, dining table and television. The private bathroom sits between the two sleeping areas, making the layout especially convenient for groups of friends.



The kitchen includes a hot plate, oven, microwave, small refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and glassware—ideal for preparing simple meals during your stay.



Windows on two sides provide abundant natural light. The condo has two air-conditioning units and a ceiling fan, but no heating system. Most windows are part of the building’s original construction and remain sealed.



The building is shared with a hotel and has a 24-hour front desk, making check-in convenient and allowing guests to have key cards replaced if they are lost during a day at the beach.

The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in; third-party reservations cannot be accepted.

The front desk collects a refundable $100 cash security deposit and requires a damage-waiver signature. This is a building policy, and the deposit is returned at checkout provided there is no damage. It is not collected or retained by the host.

Daily housekeeping, breakfast and daily coffee replenishment are not included.

One initial set of towels is provided per guest. Additional towel service is available through the front desk for a fee.

There is no onsite parking, but a public parking facility is approximately 1.5 blocks away.

The condo is in a lively, central South Beach neighborhood near restaurants, bars and nightlife. Urban and neighboring noise may occasionally be audible, particularly on weekends and during major events. Guests seeking a completely quiet residential setting may prefer a location farther from the entertainment district.

Bike rentals are available nearby, and rideshare services are readily available throughout Miami Beach.



There is no onsite parking. Guests arriving by car can use a public parking facility approximately 1.5 blocks from the building. Please avoid parking in residential permit zones, as unauthorized vehicles may be ticketed or towed.
