Staff were extremely helpful, professional and polite. They were happy to make guest experience pleasant.
Bad smell in the room. It was reported and maintenance came to check but no resolution. The smell was stale and damp. I suspected it was coming from AC unit and had informed of this. I had too much going on and was too stressed to deal with the escalation process and the room move hastle etc so put up with it.
