We loved the grounds of the resort, so well maintained - the accomodation was everything we needed tidy and clean. The pool was great my son loved it every morning. We could walk down to the beach..everything about our stay & departure was made easy
The only thing was we had to go out & buy more rubbish bags & toilet paper as this is not included only one item on arrival obviously a cost factor.

It had everything that we required. The apartment was exceptionally clean. The location was perfect and the complex was quiet.

Great location near everything you need. Kitchen well stocked with crockery/cutlery. Great pool area and outdoor dining. Comfy room with good air-con. Secure room that was easy to lock. Good shower and hot water
All the signs threatening further action if it was not up to standard were unprofessional. Stating that things become 'fustrating' is obvious- stick to the facts not the feelings. Lots of prickles in the grass (don't walk barefoot!) and uneven paths. Dead palm fronds need removing. No exhaust in the bathroom. Dated playground with visible rust.

The location across from the jetty and close walks to IGA is great.
The rooms and unit are a great size and the beds soo comfy.
We have always stayed there when we go to kalbarri BUT this time was disappointing, the 'heated pool' was feeezing you couldnt actually go in and it was very dirty, even the kids wouldnt go in,
Our room had acigarette bud on the carpet infront of the TV when we arrived, and cigarette lighter and bottle caps over the balcony.
