We liked the querkyness of the hotel with the interior. The staff was very friendly and polite and answered any questions very knowledgable. Doesn't seem like a prime location at first but with Cipro Metro station just 3-4 Minute walk away it is quite perfect in the sense that it is not the usual noisy nightlife you might get in the inner city parts.
Having to tell a time slot to go to the pool and sauna limits the flexibility a bit but it is understandable given the fact that you can regulate the number of people in the spa area to a good level. Breakfast is definitely an area where there is big room for improvement. Although the quality of the food in general is excellent (apart from coffees seemed to be only lukewarm) and we liked the decor but the whole breakfast experience is almost stressful. It takes ages to get a barrista type coffee (latte, cappuccino etc) as there is only one person making it behind the bar. 3 days in a row it was hard to get cutlery, plates, serviettes. Out of eggs (main item for any breakfast) for 10-15 mins, no bread for 5 minutes, yoghurt gone, takes 10 minutes to replace. Lots of staff running around but nobody seems to be keeping an eye on a constant supply of basic things (cutlery, serviettes, items on the breakfast bar). I can see that you don't want to oversupply and I agree some people are wasting a lot but someone should constantly monitor the breakfast buffet and have someone helping to make coffee. Cappuccino or Latte was only warm by the time it arrived, one day we had to ask for it 4 times as no coffee arrived for 20 min and in the end we got 2 servings. All in all, breakfast is very good, but needs a bit more organisation. Maybe get people to book breakfast slots?? The bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Staff is very polite.

We had a good experience at the hotel. It is located very close to the Vatican city. The staff were very nice in general. They gave us a super early check in when we requested for it beforehand! The place was very clean and tidy, good ventilation and had a very boutique vibe which was fun!
There were a couple instances where the staff wasn't as helpful as we would've liked. Once, we were requesting housekeeping to give us small plates and cups and they said they didn't understand. When we tried to explain, he said " I am very busy I cannot do it " and left us. Another instance was when we asked the front desk for some small cutlery and paper cups and we were told that we can only get them from the restaurant, not in the room. It just seemed very inflexible of them. The WiFi was very, very spotty in our room. It was very intermittent. For the most part, I was using my hotspot to run internet on my laptop. When told, they told me to come to the reception and get it checked. But I got full network in reception so nobody did anything about it. The room layout left little space to maneuver with our bags, especially because we had a lot of bags! Not bad at all for travelers with lesser luggage.

It was perfect for me and my family. I rarely say this, but we'll definitely come back another time in the near future.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Location was central. Staff were extremely diligent, helpful and speak English. Breakfast too was amazing. Lots to variety on display
Plastic cups in room. This is a no no in 2026. What ever happened to proper mugs. When I made tea, the plastic cup was too hot to hold as there was no handle. Also the room is very hot overnight. This is summer. I think the central AC is either switched off or is reduced overnight. The pizza downstairs restaurant was also not nice. Filled with tomato paste with little to no cheese. Yack
