Very nice and clean room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The shower door was missing the rubber seal at the bottom, so water spilled onto the bathroom floor with every shower.

The hotel was generally fine and clean enough for a quick stopover, but the room itself was far too small. With the extra bed added, it became extremely cramped, leaving hardly any space to move around or place luggage. On top of that, the view from the window was quite ugly and gloomy, looking out onto dirty roofs, graffiti, and overgrown areas. Acceptable if you strictly just need a bed for the night, but definitely nothing special.

A beautiful hotel, nicely decorated, in a good location (a 10 minutes walk from the metro), nice spacious rooms- very well equipped, offers delicious breakfast!
Unfortunately, cleaning is unacceptable. The common areas are clean and tidy in contrast with the room where the carpet is dirty and all bed sheets and duvet have spots and stains. We had a 3 night stay and the housekeeping only came twice. The first time they just rinsed off the coffee cup my sister used, leaving her lipstick stain on it, which clearly shows that it was not changed and left us wonder how they cleaned the inside. The second day, following my report about the stains on the sheets at the reception, the housekeeping came, only changed the double bed's sheets, totally ignoring the third bed which had obvious stains from day one. They haven't bothered to leave new toilet paper or change the towels. Concerning that I have already complained, i was disappointed on this matter as the housekeeping had a chance to make things right.
