Everything
Having no place to shelter from the rain with out luggage on our last day. We had to leave the apartment at 11.00 but our taxi pickup for the airport was 12.30. It would have been nice to have been allowed stay on in our apartment or, failing that, been allowed shelter in the reception area.

We have stayed in several different apartments in Puerto Del Carmen but these were by far the best. Cleaning was offered every day. No reception but the main cleaner covered what would normally be needed from reception.
Could not find fault.
