About this chalet rental
This rural lodging overlooks a scenic area within the municipality of Yecla, just 2 km from the city center. It is situated on a fenced-in 6,000 m lot surrounded by lush vegetation, which provides unique security and privacy, so you can enjoy exclusive privacy during your stay in the house, the private pool, and the surrounding area. The property’s entrance gate is automatic.
It features a covered outdoor terrace, a large living room with a fireplace and wood-burning stove, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and three bedrooms (1 double bed and 4 single beds), accommodating up to 6 people.
The pool is fenced to ensure it is child-proof, there is a covered outdoor parking area with space for three cars, and a garden with a wooded area surrounding the house. It’s an ideal base for day trips (Monte Arabí, Sierra Salinas National Park, Sierra El Carche, etc.). Murcia and Alicante are 50 minutes away, and Valencia is 80 minutes away.
Pets are allowed as long as basic hygiene rules are followed; (pets may not sleep on the bed mattresses or the sofa, and they are not allowed in the pool). Additionally, to prevent potential filtration issues in the water treatment system caused by pet hair, failure to comply may result in the deposit being forfeited.

Un lugar ideal para desconectar. La casa es tal cuál se ve en las fotos, está en un lugar tranquilo pero cerca del pueblo. La parcela es grande y es ideal para ir con tu mascota. Está limpia, ordenada y dispone de todo lo necesario. El anfitrión es muy amable y responde rápidamente a cualquier consulta.

Estuvimos muy agusto lo recomiendo 100% si quieres desconectar y estar relajado porq está la suficiente alejado pero a la vez cerca del pueblo para las compras y demás

La ubicación es perfecta en el campo para descansar, pero cerca del pueblo y con una parcela amplia para mi mascota que ha disfrutado como nadie, aunque no pudimos conocer al dueño ha estado muy atento via wassap y teléfono.
