**Total number of guests allowed: 15 people (including children of any age). The price of accommodation changes when there are more than 10 guests. Entry to the condominium is strict and we need to register the following information at the gate: first and last name, ID (if it is a child and does not have one, inform their age), car model, color and license plate. An individual QR code will be generated for each guest that will grant access to the condominium.**

**Electricity is charged separately. We take the electricity meter upon arrival and departure and multiply the kWh consumed by R$1.10. The amount will be calculated and settled at the end of your stay.**
