Hervé, a passionate wine professional, and Thérèse welcome you to their comfortable gîte nestled in an authentic 18th-century farmhouse, a traditional longère-style building, meticulously restored throughout. Located in the heart of the Chalon countryside, within a quiet residential hamlet nestled in a bucolic agricultural setting near the vast Gergy forest, a true green lung crisscrossed by hiking trails and ponds. A prime location for nature and bird lovers, close to several protected sites classified as "Natura 2000 Zones": the remarkable Doubs ecosystem (a paradise for kayakers and anglers, famous for its catfish, zander, and carp / an exceptional bird sanctuary boasting 160 very rare plant species and varieties); the alluvial meadows of the Saône (home to numerous migratory and nesting birds); and the vast Cîteaux forest. A spacious and very comfortable gîte. A warm, rustic charm, blending a resolutely contemporary style with shabby chic influences. A delightful mix of tradition and modernity in a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Spacious living area.
