About this apartment rental
The PRIMULA apartment is located on the first floor of the Casetta della Grandine building in the main complex. It measures approximately 65 square meters and features 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living room, 1 kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, oven, 4-burner stove), 1 bathroom with a shower, 1 very large terrace (about 18 square meters) overlooking the pool and equipped with a table for outdoor dining, and air conditioning.
We have lovingly renovated and furnished our agriturismo to ensure you have a pleasant vacation.
You can choose where to stay: in the main complex, there are 3 renovated farmhouses surrounded by greenery, featuring independent apartments and rooms with private bathrooms
At the agriturismo, you’ll find an outdoor grill, a wood-fired oven, a lighted bocce court, a ping-pong table, and a basketball court.
There’s also a swimming pool (6 x 12 meters) with umbrellas, lounge chairs, hot and cold showers, and parking for cars.
We practice organic farming here. We grow grains, corn, sunflowers, olive trees, and grapevines. We have an orchard and a vegetable garden for farm use; we raise poultry and Limousin cows, feeding them exclusively with produce from our farm. You can observe our farming activities or simply watch the animals grazing freely or swimming in the enclosures around the ponds.

Ganz klar eine 11 auf einer Skala von 1-10. Wer einen charmanten Bauernhof, tollen Pool, ländliche Idylle und freundliche Besitzer mag, ist hier genau richtig. So erholt waren wir lange nicht mehr.

This is a very nice place, close to the road, but not noisy at all. The owner is a very nice and helpful guy. The apartment (I´m talking about Primula) was clean and cosy. The only slight problem is with tje kitchen equipment - there are all the utensils, glasses etc, but no basic cooking stuff like salt, pepper, sugar, oil etc, so be sure to bring those. Also bring a towel for the bathroom. The aircondition was working fine. There is a swimming pool, ping-pong table, Wi-Fi (in the main building only). Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Antonio, gentillesse et disponibilité assurée.
L'appartement est spacieux, climatisé, agréable et bien entretenu.
Le seul bémol concerne la wifi qui n'est disponible que devant l'accueil.

Wir sind als vierköpfige Familie mit Hund angereist. Die Wohnung war für uns grundsätzlich ausreichend. Allerdings hätte es kein schlechtes Wetter sein dürfen. Dacwären wir uns sehr schnell auf die Füße getreten. In der Anzeige war auch nicht ersichtlich, dass wir in dem Haus eine Wohnung haben. Wir hatten aufgrund der Anzeige den Eindruvk, dass gesamte Haus zu bewohnen. Innenausstattung sehr rustikal , Kücheneinrichtung mit Gasherd gewöhnungsbedürftig aber machbar. Wer gerne seinen "deutschen"Kaffee trinken möchte, sollte eine Maschine mitbringen. Dort nur italienisch möglich. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und für alle Gäste ausreichend um sich nach einem heißen Tag zu erfrischen.
Das Einzige, was wirklich gestört hat, war das ständige Hundegebell, welche rings um das Grundstück reichlich vetreten sind. Allerdings als Wachhunde, was das tägliche Gassi gehen mit unserem Hund zu einer Tortur machte. Alles in allem aber hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, was nicht nur allein an dem netten Eigentümer lag.
