Beautiful, well-furnished, great location, and all the necessary little things!

Be aware that this property does not have AC. We should have expected it but were a bit uncomfortable. However, the property management brought fans and all was well. Not a complaint- just be prepared.

Hummingbird House Location!!!! This is a great house located on Silverton's main street. You are only a block from shopping and restaurants! Plus the added bonus of off street parking and a large yard! Featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a loft area for lazy days of reading or napping. And don't forget to spend some time in the enclosed porch!
