About this apartment rental
Divided into a bedroom and a large living room, our charming apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Its hillside location overlooking the rooftops of Kaprun invites you to relax in our garden. There, our guests can relax on the comfortable lounge chairs right by the pool and enjoy a barbecue area for balmy summer evenings. Of course, you’ll enjoy free parking and free Wi-Fi.
Our kitchen offers everything you need to treat your loved ones: A 4-burner stovetop, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, as well as dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils, including a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.
At Landhaus Lodges Kaprun by we rent, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation in modern studios and apartments with stunning views. The property is an ideal base year-round: in winter, it’s just a five-minute walk to the Maiskogel ski slopes, and on hot summer days, the on-site pool beckons.
• In a quiet location just above Kaprun
• Six modern studios and apartments for two to twelve people
• Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker
• Large garden with a pool and barbecue area
• 350 meters from the Kitzsteinhorn–Maiskogel ski area
On-site costs: The host will send a secure payment link within a few minutes of booking. A deposit of 10% of the accommodation price is required to guarantee the booking. The remaining balance will be charged upon expiration of the free cancellation period, 14 days before arrival. An amount of €400 will be pre-authorized on the specified credit card upon arrival. This amount serves as a security deposit and will be released 48 hours after departure.
Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
