It’s a nice hotel situated very close to the beach . We stayed in a deluxe room with sea facing view . Room was very spacious , airy with a big bathroom . The view was magnificent facing the sea . It had a spa on site a beach club and a large pool . Breakfast was included and the restaurant staff was very accommodating and nice . Himesh in the restaurant was extremely helpful and helped my husband who had food allergies pick the right food items . It also had a gem and jewelry shop and a handicrafts shop on site in the lobby . Happy hours from 5-7 was 50 percent off in the lounge just off the lobby.
Front office staff need better customer service . The wooden elephants everywhere were a bit intimidating. The spa was underwhelming overall except for the therapists who did a really good job . But the spa lobby wasn’t up to par for this 5 star hotel . The food at dinner for a Buffett needs to improve on both presentation , quality and options .

Beautiful, massive resort with an excellent range of dining options, bars and a beach club. The pools were lovely, and there was plenty of entertainment and complimentary sports and activities organised for guests. The daily yoga was excellent. Our room had amazing ocean views and was beautifully decorated. Stunning gardens with various flowers and birds to admire.
The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming.
Hotel Manager Bhathiya deserves a special mention for making sure guests are well looked after. A wonderful resort that we will definitely return to and happily recommend to our friends and family.
Great location for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to the beach, restaurants and local attractions. It was also lovely to simply walk around the resort and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
