Julias Lake Views – The Garden Suite on the “waterfront” of Lake Zell: Luxuriously furnished and recently completed, the suite offers a first-class vacation experience in a 95m² space. Two separate bedrooms and a spacious living area with a lake view provide room for up to 7 people. The highlight: a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Zell from the private terrace.

Set at the foot of Lake Zell amidst a magnificent mountain backdrop, with the cable cars to the Schmittenhöhe behind it. In just a few steps, our guests can reach the mountain railways and the train station, as well as the center of Zell am See with its numerous shopping options, restaurants, and bars. The golf course (4 km) and Salzburg Airport (75 km) are easily accessible by car or public transportation.

The open kitchen offers everything our guests need to whip up their meals: refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and a kettle. Central heating and climate-controlled flooring ensure the perfect temperature at all times. An iron, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a parking space in front of the house, round out the amenities.



Villa Julia by we rent is located directly on the waterfront (“Water Front”) of Lake Zell and offers suites with lake views in a central location. The recently completed suites feature two separate bedrooms and a spacious living area and can accommodate up to 7 people. Mountain railways, the train station, and the center of Zell am See are just a short walk away.

On-site costs: The host will send a secure payment link a few minutes after booking. A deposit of 10% of the accommodation price serves as a booking guarantee. The remaining balance will be charged upon expiration of the free cancellation period 14 days before arrival. An amount of €400 will be pre-authorized on the specified credit card upon arrival. This amount serves as a security deposit and will be released 48 hours after departure.



Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
