Such a warm welcome. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was spectacular with a really nice restaurant in the bar, great food and atmosphere.
The shower water pressure was low and not very hot but everything else was great.

Convenient/ clean
Paying for car park - while only €5 for overnight, I think residents should not be charged.
A couple of bottles of water in the room would be good(fairly standard in most hotels)
Some biscuits in the room for the cupa

Underground Parking, great location, very good breakfast, coffee in the room was exceptional. Big comfy bed and adjustable heating control.
Hair dryer in the room didn't work, No fridge, shower facilities wasnt working well so it was taking so long to pump shower gel out of the bottle and the dinner was inedible due to the fact that the chicken was burnt and the mash was bland and watery and the young restaurant staff kept walking past us withiut providing us with a menu.

Breakfast didn't impress me . Would have liked the buffet breakfast alot hotter . Whatever brand of sausages didn't taste nice
Pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable. Much too hard . Had very poor night's sleep
