About this villa rental
Welcome to: PODERE LA REGINA in CHIANNI!
(The villa is rented out exclusively; there are no other guests except for those who book it.)
The property is an authentic Tuscan building. Completely renovated, it has retained its characteristic stone exterior walls, imposing oak beams, terracotta floors, and charming cross-vaulted ceilings.
The Podere is very spacious and comfortable. Its spacious indoor and outdoor areas make it particularly well-suited for hosting families with children and groups of friends, or for celebrating special occasions and ceremonies. Nestled in a large, fully fenced garden that is safe for young children, among shady plane trees and fruit trees, the villa offers its guests the privacy they need. The pool is also fully fenced and safe for children to access. The villa is a single-family home spread over two floors.
On the first floor, the villa features a beautiful, spacious kitchen with a large dining room that can accommodate tables for up to 20 people, a large open-concept room (60 square meters) used as a bedroom for teenagers or groups of friends (sleeps 6), and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace for relaxing and a reading room; also on the first floor, there are 4 spacious bedrooms (each with a double bed, one or two single beds, and a private bathroom), all very bright and offering panoramic views (sleeps 14).
You can dine outdoors on the Carraia patio, which offers a splendid view of the Valdera hills all the way to Volterra.
Private parking is available on the property.
All of Tuscany’s major art cities are within a 1- to 1.5-hour drive, as are the sea and beaches of the Etruscan Coast and the charming villages of the Val di Cecina.

Beautiful villa in a remote and perfect location in the Tuscany country-side. The Chianni village has everything you need and is charming. There is a lot to do and visit in the area. Restaurants and wineries are great, you don’t need to drive far to enjoy the Tuscany experience! The property is a gem that does not receive all of the love it deserves by the owner. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is awesome but the bedrooms were dusty and not as clean as they should have. The kitchen is huge but disorganized and barely met the minimum cleanliness. The pool area is confortable and clean which was a must during the very hot days. The intendant was responsive and involved when we needed something. Thanks Alfredo!

Un w.e. per ricaricarci in questo periodo faticoso circondati da silenzio e natura, spero di poter tornare per un soggiorno più lungo, bellissimo posto!
