Food, views, spa, serenity of the place, service, friendly staff. In short everything.
The only problem is there is no proper shelter in the car park area and they don't even offer to clean it up despite the fact that it's exposed to all the elements. This is one area where they need to improve as otherwise everything else is perfect.

Friendly staff and relaxed setting
The meal options in the night could be expanded - there was limited choice especially for small kids. The pricing of food was high

Decent property… excellent food
Honestly food quality was exceptional and the best that I had in South.
Room Toilets… couldn’t understand the setup/planned of having pot in an enclosure while shower (inside one) open. Using a bathroom after shower became messy

The property and the food were good. Chef malik was absolutely brilliant in helping us out with the baby meals
The staff responses and the guest services were quite horrible , the staff were often non responsive
