The rooms were well appointed and the location convenient.
All the positive aspects were offset by the fact that there was no-one there to register us give us our room code or explain the facilities. It was like arriving at a ghost town. The promised text with room code had not arrived and phone calls were not responded to until hours later. I literally had to climb in through a half open window to claim a room which I felt justified in doing as I had prepaid
