A lovely property in a great location in Hastings. Good sized room which also had a balcony - would be great in the summer or wrapped up in the winter to watch the world go by. Bathroom was spacious and the whole place was very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend!
Personally I think the room needed some kind of blackout curtains other than that was fantastic!

My husband and I had a great stay. Amazing location and we loved the balcony! The room was clean and comfortable. It had a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
It was easy to check in and out of the property. Next door is a lovely Thai restaurant called Jasmine’s which was 10/10.
The only downside was in the bathroom you could smell the drainage system quite strongly. When the bathroom door was closed the smell didn’t seep into the bedroom which was good.

The room was very clean, has a fridge, which I thought was a great idea, loved the balcony, Location is excellent, everything is in walking distance.
It was too noisy to sleep you can hear every word people are saying outside, even though the window and doors were closed. If I were to stay any longer than the 2 nights I paid for I would've ask for a refund and go elsewhere. It really needs double glazing. I'm coming to Hastings next year, not staying here though.
