Stayed at previous hotel branches and love the vibrant energy and room window views

My previous experiences at the Shoreditch branch in London are what initially inspired my loyalty to this hotel brand. The exceptional hospitality there set a particularly high standard and gave me the confidence to continue choosing the brand wherever I travel. While the service at this location didn't quite match the personal warmth and attentiveness I've come to associate with Shoreditch, it was still a very pleasant experience overall. The staff were professional and welcoming, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It's reassuring to see that the brand maintains a good standard across its locations, even if some teams leave a more lasting impression than others.
There was nothing particularly disappointing about my stay. If I were to highlight one thing, it would simply be the difference in the level of personal engagement compared with the Shoreditch branch, where the staff consistently go above and beyond. That experience has set a very high benchmark for me. However, this is more an observation than a criticism, as I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

I loved how I could walk to certain places like Grand Central Market & The Last Bookstore. I also liked how kind the staff was & the way the hotel was decorated.
Personally, I wish the room was bigger.. that's it!

Clean, bed was comfy, location downtown was convenient to train and bus.
Way too techie. No in room coffee/tea. Shades, lighting, temp all had to be managed through an IPad. Room was tiny. It had a window, but I could not see out without crawling over the bed.
