The location is quite close to mall Coresi which is a good advantage and the fact there was a park nearby was also something that we liked.
Also, the fact that there were 2 parking spots was very nice.
The radiators in both bathrooms are rusty.
The Guest App is not mobile-friendly. When entering details for multiple guests, if you need to copy information such as a personal identification number (CNP) from another app, any information already entered in the Guest App is lost when you switch apps. There is no option to save the information partially and continue later.
Only one key is provided, which is inconvenient when several families are staying together.
The bedsheet was too small and did not cover the entire mattress.
The radiators in the bedrooms are insufficient to heat the rooms properly, partly because the windows do not close properly.
No slippers are provided in the rooms. It would be useful to include them in the accommodation price.
The doors squeak very loudly.

A great place to stay when traveling with the whole family. The penthouse is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s a Mega Image and Coresi Mall nearby if you need to pick up anything. We also really appreciated having two underground parking spaces, which was extremely convenient. We’ll happily return!

The location is very good across from Coresi shopping centre and not far from old city centre.
Good to enjoy Brasov and the surrounding area.
The apartment is big and nice but it feels quite worn out and needs some refreshment (also new linen and new kitchen utensils) and better maintenance - we had a problem with the dish washer that didn't work and lights in the main bathroom and the entrance that were not working properly.
The maintenance and the response we got were not as I would expect from such a good rated place.
