About this apartment rental
Our small vacation apartment has a floor area of approximately 50 m² and is designed to accommodate 2 people. If needed, it can also sleep 3 people on the couch in the living room (the common area where the TV is located). The bedroom features a cozy double bed and two wardrobes. The kitchen has a fully equipped kitchenette with a table and two chairs. The living room has a historic ambiance with a cozy couch and a Huss’l. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and bathtub. To everyone who can’t do without staying connected even on vacation: Don’t worry—you won’t be cut off from the outside world here. Upon request, you’ll of course receive Wi-Fi access. The apartment also features underfloor heating and can be heated with a wood-burning fire if you prefer.

On-site costs: • Deposit: 30% of the total price is due within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation • Balance due: 4 weeks before arrival • Last-minute booking: If there are fewer than 4 weeks between booking and the start of your stay, the total amount must be transferred immediately • Check-in from 4:00 p.m. • Check-out by 10:00 a.m. • Keys are handed over by the property owners • Pets are not allowed • A visitor’s tax of €1.50 per night—or €0.75 per night for children ages 6 to 17—will be charged separately on site. Amenities: • Parking for one car or motorcycle right next to the house • Bed linens and towels included • High chair and travel crib not included • Fully equipped kitchen • Washer and dryer available for use • Karzle modeling clay at half price • DSL connection; Wi-Fi login details will be provided on-site • Breakfast available upon request for an additional fee
