Beautiful country house in a quiet location, 1.7 km from town, ideal for families looking to relax. It is located within the Santa Terezinha Farm and features a spacious terrace surrounding the house, furnished with chairs, tables, and hammocks; a living room with a sofa, a TV, and a dining room with a large 3.5-meter table, a large bench and chairs, plus a rustic sideboard; a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and cabinets; 4 bedrooms; a shower; a water spout; and horseback riding in a beautiful area of the Belém de Maria countryside.
