Disappointed all together.

The house it’s self was beautiful, but it’s was dirty. Not just missed a clean, Built up mold and blood on sheets. Needs a refresh or a new cleaning team.

The house wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. When the cleaner/property manager arrived they were rude and hostile, told us it wasn’t their fault our rental wasn’t cleaned. When the man cleaner started screaming at us in front of our small children we had to beg them to leave. Once the cleaner/property manager and her hostile boyfriend left we had to spend over 3 hours cleaning someone else’s filth out of our rental, taking moldy shower curtains down, moving glass panels that were behind the bathroom door, removing broken chairs for the safety of my toddler. Also scrubbing bathrooms, changing and washing all bedsheets and towels for us to use, after our 12 hour drive from Florida. Then When we contacted the property owner she wasn’t very helpful. She texted us and told us she had guest over for playoff game and couldn’t respond to us, making us feel unimportant after what terrible customer service her “property manager” provided us. On top of having to clean someone else’s filth before my family of small children could come inside from the 25 degree weather and 12 hour drive. We all around got terrible customer service, dirty rental, we got verbally attacked by the cleaning guy, owner did not make us feel priority. For us paying almost $1000 for 2 nights. The entire experience was terrible. 10 out of 10 would not recommend!!

Superb

The property was well equipped, nicely decora and very clean! Beautiful quiet location.

Drive time was further from Boone than expected due to the mountain terrain-but that is offered just as a heads up and not a real complaint. Would recommend having a regular coffee maker on site for those travelers who are not a fan of the pods. Fireplace did not seem to be operational when we were there.

A great place to stay. Outside property needs some work. Home beautifully designed and equipped.

Location was set in the backwoods of Beech Mountain. The wildlife was amazing with deer at our doorstep.

Fire pit area should be easy accessible. A clearer path should be available for guests.
