The approximately 65 m² vacation apartment is located in the attic of a single-family home and offers a cozy stay for 4 people.
In addition to the kitchen and bathroom, the living room—featuring a fireplace—provides a cozy atmosphere, complete with a TV, a sofa, and two sofa beds (90×200 cm). The bedroom features a wardrobe and a box-spring bed that can be separated into two single beds if needed. The bathroom also offers a relaxing retreat, complete with a shower and a corner bathtub that invites you to unwind.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. To start your day off right, the coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—along with the large dining table and four chairs—invite you to enjoy a leisurely and relaxing breakfast.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the apartment.
All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
This ensures you’ll always stay warm here, even during the colder months.
A free parking space is available in front of the house. There is a storage area on the property for bicycles you bring with you. If you just want to relax and unwind, you’ll find a cozy spot in the courtyard, which is also welcome for barbecue enthusiasts to use.
If you’d like to spend your vacation with your horse, you’ll soon find the right contact here as well. Planning for “Hanna’s Horse Farm” is currently in full swing and will soon be another highlight for our guests in Braunsroda and Burkersroda.

On-site costs: A 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due on-site. Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made up to 2 days before arrival incur a charge of 30% of the total price; cancellations on the day of arrival incur a 100% charge. Check-in/Check-out Times: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; Check-out: by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Final cleaning is included. Pets are not allowed. Crib/extra bed: Travel crib available free of charge upon request. One parking space is available and can be used free of charge. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. Four bicycles are available for our guests and can be used on-site. If you’d like to vacation with your horse, you’ve come to the right place. Horses are boarded at our horse farm. The cost is 25€ per horse per day.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
