The apartment is suitable for long-term rentals and also as quarantine accommodations (separate living space).

Entryway:
The apartment’s 3.5-square-meter entryway features a full-length mirror and provides central, direct access to the bedroom, bathroom, and living room. From here, you can also conveniently welcome your guests via the door intercom.

Bedroom:
In just under 18 square meters, you’ll find a cozy king-size box-spring bed (1,800 x 2,000 mm), which can also be used as two single beds (2 x 900 x 2,000 mm), as well as a 2,800 mm sliding-door closet that offers ample storage space.
On each side of the bed, you’ll find a nightstand with a three-level, dimmable LED lamp that you can conveniently control via the touch function.

Living Room:
The entire living room measures approximately 30 square meters, of which about 6 square meters are designated as an office/work area in the form of a discreet, open niche. The remaining 24 square meters invite you to enjoy satellite TV or an exciting Blu-ray 3D movie on the 50-inch flat-screen TV. The wall unit is equipped with an LED system that allows you to freely adjust the color to your liking to create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
You’ll also find a cozy couch (including an ottoman) with a footprint of approximately 3,200 x 2,000 mm, which can be converted into a large bed (sleeping surface approx. 1,300 x 2,600 mm) and thus provides an additional sleeping space. The 900 x 1,400 mm dining table with 4 comfortable swing chairs rounds out the seating arrangement and offers plenty of space for dining and relaxing.

Office/Work Area:
The 6-square-meter office/work area is designed as an open alcove and thus blends discreetly into the living room. Here, you’ll find a sideboard approximately 1,600 mm long for your documents.
For relaxation or work, a 1,400 mm desk awaits you, where you can sit in a high-quality and particularly ergonomic “Herman Miller Aeron” chair.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen, spanning approximately 9 square meters, offers everything you need for your comfort. In addition to standard appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and microwave, you’ll also find a dishwasher here.
At the 650 x 800 mm bar table, complete with two comfortable bar stools, you can enjoy your freshly brewed coffee or tea—for which, of course, a pod or filter coffee machine is available.
A pantry accessible from the kitchen offers you ample storage space for your groceries in an additional 2 square meters.

Bathroom:
The 6-square-meter bathroom features particularly high-quality fixtures. In addition to a toilet with a soft-close seat, a sensor-activated sink faucet, and a soap dispenser, there is a soft-close mirror cabinet with integrated lighting.
The shower area takes up nearly one-third of the bathroom and features a shower panel with various massage jets that invite you to relax. Your experience in the bathroom is rounded out by the built-in radio system with a touchscreen display.
