The vacation rental (85 square meters) can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed; in the entryway, which has a window, there is an additional sleeping area (a French bed measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m) for 2 people. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sleeper sofa in the living room and a fold-out bed. The bathroom features a tub, shower, and washing machine; the toilet is separate. The living area has a cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a grill and stovetop, a small oven, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a kettle. The balcony (16 square meters) is furnished and offers a view of the Elbe River and Albrechtsburg Castle.
Both vacation apartments are located on the first floor of a three-sided courtyard building. From both apartments, you have a view of the Elbe River and Albrechtsburg Castle. It’s a 1-minute walk to the Elbe Cycle Path, 3 minutes to the train station, and 4 minutes to the bus station. It’s a 15-minute walk to the historic old town center, and there are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Shopping options are also available nearby, and a supermarket is directly across the street. Pets must be registered in advance.
On-site costs: Payment terms: Payment is due 14 days before arrival via bank transfer. For last-minute bookings, payment is due in cash on site. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in from 1:00 p.m. or by arrangement with the host; check-out by 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. A crib and a high chair are available upon request at no extra charge. A guest tax of €1.50 per person per night is billed separately on-site. The rental price includes final cleaning, bed linens, towels, and a flat rate for electricity, water, and heating. A parking space is available free of charge in the courtyard. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee of €10.00 per day. Check-in is not possible without prior registration of the pet.
