About this apartment rental
Two comfortably furnished vacation apartments with a view of the lovely Scheppenbach Valley. We offer free Wi-Fi in both apartments. Ground-floor apartment, 60 sqm, with a separate, ground-level entrance and an additional wood-burning stove (you’re also welcome to bring your dog here!)
Attic apartment, 90 sqm, with a small loggia for relaxing moments. Please note: no pets allowed in this apartment.
Our property offers plenty of space for children to play and run around, and for adults, there are various spots to relax and daydream.
Parking spaces at the house, barbecue facilities with use of the garden pavilion, garden loungers, and much more. Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Upper Apartment:
Our spacious vacation apartment accommodates up to 6 people. This apartment is a favorite among guests because of its loggia—perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors while still having a view of everything from above, or for watching the day awaken and ending the evening undisturbed with a glass of wine!
It features:
• two bedrooms with double beds
• a children’s room with a single bed and a bunk bed
• a kitchen-living room, now equipped with a dishwasher and microwave
• a living room
• a bathroom with shower and toilet
• a loggia (roof balcony)
• Satellite TV, radio
• Free Wi-Fi access via a guest account
• Upon request, we’d be happy to provide a travel crib for children.
• Please note: No pets allowed in this apartment!
On-site costs: A deposit of 30% of the total price will be charged after booking. Prices include water, electricity, heating, final cleaning, bed linens, and towels, etc. A tourist tax of €1 per adult per day is due upon arrival. Check-in: Please arrive between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM (later check-in by arrangement). Check-out: Please check out by 10:00 AM at the latest (later check-out by arrangement). If it is possible to check out in the evening only,this is only possible if no new guests are arriving—we will charge half the nightly rate. For separate bedrooms, we charge a one-time fee of €20. Washer/dryer: €4 each. 1 dog: €25; 2 dogs: €35 per booking (Note: Pets are only allowed in the lower 60-square-meter apartment.) For friends or acquaintances staying only one night: €14 surcharge per person. Unused weekend stays, e.g., for workers staying over the weekend (Fri., Sat., Sun.) €20.00 surcharge
