Your KiEZ vacation home is located on the grounds of KiEZ Am Filzteich.
KiEZ Am Filzteich itself is a multifunctional group lodging facility offering a wide range of options for recreational, educational, and recreational stays—and is one of the largest facilities in the Erzgebirge World Heritage Region. It is situated directly on Saxony’s oldest reservoir, the Filzteich, not far from Schneeberg, the mining and Christmas town.
Experience history and the future, modernity and the past, depth and vastness—above and below ground—in this mining region steeped in tradition.
More and more guests are returning regularly to the KiEZ because they appreciate its natural setting, plenty of space for personal use, its simplicity, the wide range of activities and recreational options, as well as American plan, sack lunches upon request, special dietary accommodations, and opportunities for campfires and barbecues.

Your KiEZ vacation home in a quiet, outlying location within the approximately 9.5-hectare KiEZ complex—2 stories with space for up to 6 people (total area approx. 100 sqm).
The pet-free, non-smoking vacation home:
First floor:
– large living room with sofa set, dining area,
TV with standard channels, game collection
– fully equipped kitchen
– guest restroom, hallway with stairs leading to the upper floor.
1st Floor:
- Loft with stair gate for small children
- 1st bedroom for adults with a double bed; off this room, 1 children’s bedroom with a bunk bed and a crib
- 2nd bedroom: large bed, plus 1 extra bed if needed
- Bathroom: shower stall, separate bathtub, toilet, sink, washing machine


On the property: spacious terrace, outdoor seating, grill

On-site costs: Payment can be made in cash, by debit card, by invoice, or via mobile phone. Credit card payments are not accepted. Travelers are strongly advised to purchase travel cancellation insurance. Check-in is from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over at our on-site reception desk. No pets allowed. Cribs/extra beds available upon request. Meals available upon request at an additional cost: American plan, half board, breakfast, bread roll service, special dietary needs. Included: towels, bed linens, use of all household appliances (washing machine, etc.), electricity, and water. A free parking space is available.
