Shocked at the level of care taken for this accomodation . Worse stay in my life.

The place wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. The toilets were unsanitary and dirty. The house reeked of urine and we noticed vomit stains on the couch. It was unliveable. Dirty bed sheets were left in the laundry without new bedsheets placed. The management team were rude as they asked “is there anything else ?” after explaining the above issues. The management team did not agree initially but after 2 hours of back and forth they agreed. Very very disappointing.
