Misleading listing and unsuitable for families

The only positive aspects of the stay were the fire pit, and the vintage games area. Fire pit was prepared with wood and made for a pleasant evening campfire setting. The old school games area is nostalgic.

Unfortunately, the property was misrepresented in the listing. It is advertised as a four-bedroom house, but it is not a house at all. The accommodation consists of separate huts spread across a large outdoor area, which is unsuitable for families with small children because the sleeping areas are not connected. Children would effectively need to sleep in a separate building away from the parents. Compounding this issue, there are no locks anywhere on the doors, which makes it impossible to safely leave children in a separate room. We raised this immediately upon arrival and explained that the setup was not workable for us as a family with young children. Unfortunately, no replacement accommodation or refund was offered, which left us with no option but to stay. We ultimately stayed only two of the three nights we had booked. Beyond the layout issue, the property is generally in poor condition and not clean. There were strong drainage smells both outside and in some bedrooms, apparently due to broken drainage. Around the children’s play areas there are ragged and sharp edges, which is concerning for safety. The playground itself was dirty and unusable, including significant bird droppings. The internet barely works. We tried multiple connections across different rooms, but it repeatedly disconnects and is essentially unusable. Several important amenities were also not functioning, including the oven (there was no gas, without any warning) and the car charger. Various other items were also not operating without any advance notice. Overall, the property is not as advertised and was unfortunately not an enjoyable stay for our family.

the amenities that were in the property were sufficient, everything u needed was there, the video games area was a nice extra touch

needs a lot of maintenance, bathrooms were not clean and the pipes were rusty, we had a cockroach in our room, a dried (balaeet) in the chair and popcorn that wasn’t ours under the table, the beds were not comfortable with hairs on them, we ended up sleeping in the living area. 13 people
