Our stay at Mas Teixidor, Masia entre Girona y la Costa Brava was truly one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences of our trip to Spain. I honestly don't know where to begin, because this place offers so much more than just accommodation. It gives you a feeling of peace, comfort, and being welcomed into a home away from home.
First, I have to talk about the wonderful people who made our stay so special. Alex, Nani, and Cesca are among the kindest and most genuine people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their hospitality, warmth, and attention to every little detail made us feel like family rather than guests. Alex went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Nani was always welcoming and helpful, and Cesca's delicious homemade food brought a special warmth to the experience. Her cooking makes you feel like you're sitting at a family table, enjoying a meal prepared with love. What an amazing family!
The villa itself is absolutely charming, surrounded by beautiful countryside, breathtaking views, and the peaceful sounds of nature. Our room was comfortable, with a lovely view that made waking up every morning a pleasure. The atmosphere is so quiet and relaxing that you almost forget about the busy world outside.
And here is something I would love to tell anyone planning a trip to Barcelona: Don't let the excitement of Barcelona make you miss the incredible beauty and history hidden in the villages of Catalonia!
One of the greatest things about staying at Mas Teixidor is its wonderful location. It is within reach of some of the most beautiful medieval villages we visited, including Peratallada, Pals, and Begur. Walking through their narrow cobblestone streets, surrounded by ancient stone buildings, historic walls, castles, and centuries of history, feels like traveling back in time. Every corner tells a story. These villages have a beauty and character that you simply cannot experience in a busy modern city.

Una experiencia especialmente bonita, una casa estupenda y muy cuidada, un ambiente muy familiar y acogedor; durante toda nuestra estancia nos sentimos muy cómodos y bienvenidos. Todo es muy sencillo, con autoservicio en el bar de la terraza, una piscina estupenda, una habitación preciosa y una comida extraordinariamente buena. Esto no tiene nada que ver con un hotel: es mucho más personal, tranquilo y relajado. Una recomendación absoluta, volveremos sin duda! Mil gracias!
