amazing location, very clean rooms, helpful staff
There weren’t any towels at the pool area or staff to ask to bring any, the bar also wasn’t open in the pool area. Breakfast could have had a little more gluten free options and the coffee was better from the machine at the bar but the staff didn’t seem to want to make it! These are just small things though, we were very happy with it really :-)

Location excellent, staff very helpful, no complaints on accommodation.
Price and quality of breakfast - not value for money, service poor and quality inconsistent

I would like to give a special shout out to the Guest Experience Team. I had problems with the tickets for the flamenco show and with the selfless help of the team members everything was solved. I would like to thank them in this way.
The pool is really small. Just that.
