Average experience. Just like in most other chains, you know what to expect and that's exactly what you get. Which is a quality.
Not their fault really, but despite the hotel being just NEXT to the airport parking space, it's a 15-min walk because you have to go all the way around the land to get to it, and enter a hidden street to find it. Whoever planned the area development didn't want to make a stright street leading from the airport to the hotels (at least two) so a 3-min distance becomes a long tour.
The hotel has a shuttle bus due to this irresponsible planning, which is great on their part, but I wish the people in the city govt were a bit more eco-conscious.
All in all, if you arrive after the last shuttle bus and leave before the first, you'll waste 30+ minutes walking, which is the time it takes to arrive here from Osaka Station. This makes the point of staying here quite weak

Excellent price-performance ratio. The complimentary breakfast was quite delicious. No need for a shuttle if you do not mind walking for 10 minutes.
The breakfast room gets crowded. 15:00 check-in time is observed strictly.

Location and breakfast was amazing. Easy checkin and out.
Room was small but as expected

It's next to the airport and provides a free shuttle to the terminal. It's also very quiet.
The room had a musty smell as if it had been closed for years. It could use some renovation works. Even though the shuttle takes you to the airport terminal, it would be nice if it took us to Departures as it may be complicated to find our way around.

"Convenient, comfortable, great value, very helpful staff - and i loved the delicious, well prepared Japanese breakfast (few western options, but hey, it’s Japan, and I love Japanese breakfast)"
