Our Topas vacation home is designed to accommodate 4 to 11 people. In just a few steps, you’ll find yourself straddling the border between Thuringia and Hesse.
Asbach-Sickenberg is located on the southwestern edge of the Eichsfeld, between the Rachelsberg and the Lindenberg in the Hainbach Valley.
The spa town of Bad Sooden-Allendorf, just 3 km away, offers many restaurants, the Werratal Therme, and lovingly landscaped parks.
From the vacation cottage, you can quickly reach the woods and meadows for hiking.
In the immediate vicinity of the vacation home, you can set out on many varied hikes in the Asbach-Sickenberg region. Numerous castles, ruins, and palaces can be discovered and explored in the region. There’s no shortage of city tours either—Kassel (55 km), Göttingen (40 km), Eisenach (65 km), Rotenburg an der Fulda (50 km), Eschwege (20 km), and Hann. Münden (35 km).
There’s plenty for the little ones, too:
– Worbis Bear Park (60 km)
– Germerode Wildlife Park with a large children’s playground and forest museum (20 km)
– Grube Gustav Mine Visitor Center (15 km)
- Sababurg Zoo (60 km)
- Hoher Meißner (Frau Holle Pond, Barefoot Trail (20 km)

Sehr schönes sauberes Haus.
Ruhig gelegen. Genau das was man zur Erholung braucht. Alles vorhanden. Gute Wandergegend.

Wir haben über Fronleichnam mit 7 Erwachsenen und 3 Jugendlichen in dem Fachwerkhaus 4 schöne erholsame Tage verbracht. Die Räumlichkeiten waren dafür hervorragend geeignet. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das sehr gepflegte und bestens ausgestattete Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage. Die Umgebung ist sehr ansprechend und hat viel Natur. Es ist ausreichend Platz, um gemütlich zu Grillen, gemeinsam Sitzen, essen und viel Quatschen, sowohl im Haus wie auch draußen. Die 2 Hunde hatten viel Platz im eingezäunten Garten zu toben.
