We had an amazing time in Kissamos. The apartment was great, we loved the balcony. The bed war really comfortable. Everyone was super kind and helpful.

Amazing customer service - very personal and dedicated, with the owner closely involved. New and very clean facilities
The only very minor thing was that the shower spilled over on the floor somewhat.

Very nice rooms. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff was extremly friendly and attentive (kudos to Eleni and Daniela). Spacious pool area. Great breakfast with a lot of options. Flawless wifi. Great location to visit the most famous cretan beaches and Chania
Everything was great

We stayed in a suite and it was first class from the time we arrived until the moment we left. The staff could not be more helpful and the facilities exceptional.
There is very little we didn't like. Yes there is some development happening (the facility is being extended) but from where we were it didn't affect us at all.
