Our Lake Lodge Penthouse boasts a unique lakeside location. Despite the peaceful surroundings, you’re just one bus stop away from the ski resort. The historic city center and the entrance to the ski resort are just a few minutes’ walk away via the Dr. Müller Promenade. Lake View on Top!
The breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from the balcony is second to none. Spanning approximately 95 square meters, our guests can look forward to an unforgettable vacation experience with two separate bedrooms and a separate loft. With an additional sleeper sofa, this charmingly furnished apartment can accommodate up to 10 people. The highlight: the large balcony overlooking the lake and a sauna for cozy winter evenings. The two separate bathrooms are equipped with showers and bathtubs. Of course, our guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi as well as private parking spaces in front of the house. For balmy summer evenings, the outdoor area features a garden with a cozy seating area and a barbecue.
The open kitchen offers everything you need to spoil your loved ones: a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, as well as dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils, including a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. We’ve also installed a washing machine for our guests and provided an iron with an ironing board.
The surroundings: The romantic historic center of Zell am See offers a variety of restaurants—from traditional Austrian dishes to international cuisine. There are also numerous shopping options just about 1 km away. For all golfers, the Zell am See Golf Club offers a 36-hole course (2 km). Guests arriving without a car can reach the train station in just one bus stop. The nearest airport is Salzburg Airport (80 km).
The Lake View Lodges by we rent truly live up to their name: idyllically situated on Lake Zell, they offer stunning views and tranquility, yet the town center and the entrance to the Schmittenhöhe ski and hiking area are just a few minutes away. This property features a total of two spacious, modern apartments that can accommodate up to 11 people.

On-site costs: The host will send a secure payment link within a few minutes of booking. A deposit of 10% of the accommodation price is required to guarantee the booking. The remaining balance will be charged upon expiration of the free cancellation period, 14 days before arrival. An amount of €400 will be pre-authorized on the provided credit card upon arrival. This amount serves as a security deposit and will be released 48 hours after departure.
Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
