To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required within 10 days of the reservation confirmation.
The remaining balance is due one week before arrival. 

Check-in: Self-check-in via key box. Guests will receive all information and codes after full payment and submission of their details via the online check-in form.



On-site Costs: Cancellation Fees The lodging agreement may be terminated by unilateral declaration of the contracting party without payment of a cancellation fee up to 3 months prior to the guest’s agreed arrival date. Outside the period specified in § 5.5, cancellation by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees: - up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total package price; - up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price; - during the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total package price.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is available from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
