About this apartment rental
We offer you our 3-room apartments 40 M2 for 4 people located in a preserved environment in a closed domain with swimming pool. It is located less than five minutes by car from the beach and the center of Cavalaire.
Beautiful terrace of 10 m2 facing the pine forest to relax and have meals.
This tastefully renovated vacation rental consists of a living room with sofa bed and television. The kitchen area is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, freezer, washing machine.
On the first floor, there is also a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Upstairs you have two bedrooms with 140 cm bed, one of which has a beautiful sea view and air conditioning.

Cavalaire-sur-Mer has beautiful beaches close to the apartment by car or bus. Nice and calm surroundings. Well furnished with love to detail, just minor maintenance issues. Good communication\handling (thank you Elodie). Quite steep staircase to bedrooms.

Beau cadre, sécurisé. Appartement bien équipé, bien rénové et pratique.
Juste un point d’attention : beaucoup de marches: du parking vers l’appartement, pour accéder à l’appartement, et dans l’appartement même. Nous avons trouvé que ça contribuait au charme mais pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer, ça pourrait être gênant.
Au final, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

Schöne gut renovierte Wohnung, leider fehlten Handtücher und Bettwäsche, was auch dem Online Inserat so nicht zu entnehmen war.
Zudem ist eine Kaution zu hinterlegen, was im Online-Inserat auch nur versteckt zu erkennen war.
Beides haben wir in dieser Form noch nie erlebt, obwohl wir schon sehr viel gereist sind und sehr viele Ferienwohnungen gebucht haben.
