We have been visiting Myrtle Beach with our children for over 20 years, and this year was one of our favorite trips. I always expect to clean a little upon arrival, but the place was immaculate. You can tell that the homeowners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The layout was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed. The walk to the beach and pools were short and pleasurable even with twin 6 year olds in tow. The pools weren’t overcrowded and there was even parking at the beach for days we just didn’t feel like walking. Check in and check out was a breeze, and communication from the homeowners was great (even though we didn’t need them for anything during our stay because everything was perfect). We will be choosing Kingston Plantation from now on for our annual beach trips and we hope to rent this home again in the future. Thank you so much, Cindy and Jon, for sharing your home with us.

Great location, near everything but out of the way when you want quiet and peaceful. The condo is very roomy, decorated nicely, well equipped with all you need and well maintained. Beats staying in a hotel and lots more room. Should we wish to return I would not hesitate to re book.

Property was just as described. Location was quiet & relaxing. Communication with the Host was easy and timely. Would recommend you try this condo in Richmind Park section of Kingston Plantation on your next vacation trip to Myrtle Beach. You will not be disappointed.

The mattresses are hard and don't sleep well. There's mold on the underside of the handicap rails and unidentifiable goo on the shower wall in the rear bathroom. No extra rolls of toilet paper, no pods or detergent for the washer; not enough towels for 4 days, so we had to purchase detergent and wash towels every day. Only 1 extra pod for the dishwasher, so had to purchase those too. The unit was clean in all other areas and nicely furnished.
