Awesome location, across the road from the CTICC. Super close to the V&A Waterfront. Room was small but super comfortable. And furnished well. The entire hotel was clean and quiet, no noise from other guests. The view from the Room was also very welcome.
The lifts take a bit long, possibly they should change the programming sequences.

I liked the view of Hotel restaurant and room almost.
I did not like the garbage collectors around the hotel because when I went out side I'm little big afraid them. They always asked me that where do you want to go (mountain or waterfall) ? That made me even more scared.

Location was perfect. Just next to citcc and other famous spots in Capetown.
Beds were nice and clean.
Wifi was poor. Kept getting disconnected.
Put room cleaning tag twice outside the room, but the room wasn't cleaned, I guess the staff was too busy running on full capacity. Nice breakfast but if you go around 8 am, staff didn't cared to refill empty baskets. Shower wasnt stable, kept throwing hot and cold water and was completely off balance.
Tv was smart but wasnt that much. Never was able to connect it to my phone. Only audio connected.
