Location
The north tower has a air freshener smell throughout the hallways that is overwhelming and sickening

The long walk from the north tower

Room was not ready on arrival but the check in process was easy. They sent a text with our room number once it was ready. Power was out, so we could not shower, use the bathroom or the elevators. There was no text or email to notify us or to keep us updated. We ended up leaving early and walking down 20 flights of stairs.
