The chilled boutique tropical vibe, the friendly and helpful staff, the luscious greenery and peace around the pool, the location. My room was great as well, super clean and up to standard. Gina at reception went above and beyond every day to make my stay extra special, 11/10 hospitality!
The breakfast was on the very simple side, but this is a small detail. The planes fly quite close overhead, but as Chiang Mai is small, I suspect this is common at many hotels. It wouldn't deter me from staying again, I had such a wonderful, relaxed stay.

Convenient location. Area quiet at night. Breakfast was adequate. Pool area. Nice plants and vegetation throughout.
Lack of hot water. Bed was too firm. Eggs weren't kept hot. Coffee was not good. Used a coffee pot to serve tea and you could taste it. Flush chain in toilet broke and they didn't take care of it until we reported it a second time. Be selective with which restaurants you dine at in the area.
