Edenbank Hotel

Great hotel, food was brilliant, breakfast lovely, we had an evening meal all was very tasty but the steak pie was exceptional 😋, Donna was a friendly host, nothing was too much trouble, fully stocked bar with great cocktails would highly recommend the Strawberrry Kist. 5 star all round

Nothing about hotel but I would say to book taxi early

Really nice b&b. Staff were friendly, rooms really clean, beds nice and comfy, breakfast was delicious and location to ice rink and centre was brilliant. Will definatly stay again

Location - not too far to walk into the town centre Breakfast, cooked & continental choices

Tea, coffee & milk supply was minimal, just enough for 1 drink each, not much choice, eg, no hot chocolate sachets - choice of Tunnocks (an acquired taste!) & no other biscuit choice

The location is great, a grand house much bigger than it looks from the roadside. Clean sheets and overall clean. Very basic continental breakfast (don’t expect Greek yoghurt or honey) Friendly staff - Very kindly made me filter coffee to go As is an honest description of no frills

The bedroom was small and furniture and fittings are very tired. Bed was small double and not comfortable. The bedside wall lights were so bright they are harsh- lower wattage bulbs would soften the room. The fridge was a nice touch but noisy and kept me awake. Squeaky floorboards. TV had no terrestrial channels & you have to log into own account for streaming (Netflix etc) There are higher quality B&B/ Guest houses for the same or lower price locally
