Room was comfortable and clean. Great to be able to open windows for air. The communal areas here are with fridge, tea and coffee was great.
Self check in was a bit of an issue so had to go across the road to other hotel. They fixed us up quickly. Mattress was firm which might bother some guests. Everything else was great.

Close to train station and easy walk to all the sights of St Gallen. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen downstairs was very useful.
Check in was a bit of a process, changed the language to English but subsequent pages changed back to German.

Nice location, comfortable bed and spacey room!
A bit old carpet, but it was clean, other than that great location!

Good, simple and clean hotel in the downtown, very close to the train station, offered for a very good price. Self check in is easy, great to have free coffee and tea downstairs.
Nothing: it was simple as we expected but clean so it was perfect for our one night stay.
