Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. Bed linens and bath towels provided. In house washer and dryer included. This lovely home is available for 7 night weekly rentals. Loved this property…it was extremely clean and well stocked. It has everything you need, plus more! Everything is in great condition and really good quality! We really enjoyed having coffee in the sunroom… it was our favorite room in the house! The beach is a short drive away and downtown Falmouth is only a 10 minute drive away. Communication with Terry was also great! Definitely recommend!

The property is spacious and has many amenities, however, it is advertised as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, which it is not. It is a TWO bedroom, ONE bath home. The listing is not accurate and should be changed to honestly represent the property. An outdoor shower is NOT a bathroom.

The check in process was seamless and the house was charming and immaculate. I appreciated the bunk bed with bed rail and the crib for our young baby. Our 5 year old loved running around the large backyard and using the outdoor shower. Having the outdoor bbq grill was a plus. It is close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a great time and hope to be back next year!
